- Court Report Instructional – used for the TMC docket and PMC when it is a simple adoption case
- Transitioning Youth Volunteer CASA Report – used for the PMC docket when it involves youth at risk of aging our while in foster care
- Youth Court Report and Protocol – which is used by youth as specified in the protocol
- TY Court CASA Report - used in the SYNCC court when it is not time for a review hearing (CASA alone writes reports for those dockets until it is a regular review and then CPS and CASA submit our regular reports – 2nd above for CASA)
